B. Keith Ryder

is an award-winning designer who has been decorating cakes since 1996. He has been featured in the Washington Post, the Washington Times, and American Cake Decorating Magazine. He is a past president of ICES, and director of the National Capital Area Cake Show (NCACS). He is featured in a Food Network special on the nation's largest wedding cake competition at the Oklahoma State Sugar Art Show where he placed in the top ten. Keith is an internationally recognized instructor in the sugar arts.
